Thunderbird 3.1.12 Horde 4.0.9 Kronolith 3.0.9 To reproduce: Define a calendar in Lightning using the iCalendar method and create an event. Then try to delete it. Hit Reload Remote Calendars and the event reappears.

I am unable to delete event with thunderbird lightning from horde kronolith calendar that used via the ICS interface. Creation works and the HTTP PUT operation returns OK to thunderbird. Nothing special in DEBUG logs.
