i'd like to note, that something is wrong with translation mechanism:
1. I wanted to update translation for locale lv_LV (which now for some
reason became just lv as many others). Strictly following document
"Translating Horde Framework 4 Applications", the first result after
making compendium/cleanup/update was abolishment of some 95% or more
of existing messages (commented out and not replaced by anything);
2. when tried to make anything from zero following respective steps
from manual, i got empty .po files in locale/lv/LC_MESSAGES folders.
The same, if tried to make correclty named locale lv_LV.
